Carillon Has a Special and Unique Program to Offer Residents in Need of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Our residents enjoy a positive, productive as well as a safe environment designed for their special needs. Everything in the building, from the circular wandering paths and the color of the walls to the contrasting upholstered furniture and activity-oriented life stations, has been designed to enhance the lives of our residents.

The Carillon Garden Place Program is designed for each resident to promote successful communication and to enhance their overall lifestyle. Our Garden Place Program is facilitated by a full time Program Coordinator. The Coordinator strives to fill residents’ days with activities that are familiar, comforting and meaningful, allowing them to build self-esteem through engaging in familiar and enjoyable activities. Carillon works with family members to create a memory box for each resident that is appropriate to their background, daily interests and life story.

Garden Place residents have their own common living and dining areas, as well as the enclosed courtyard so they can enjoy the outdoors and garden if they so desire. These amenities are all within the security of a self-contained area with secured entries.
