Carillon Welcomes Lindsey Daugherty as New Regional Operations Director

Carillon is proud to welcome Lindsey Daugherty to the Carillon family as Regional Director of Operations. Lindsey brings 19 years of experience in senior living operations, marketing, quality care, employee relations and retention and financial management with Elmcroft Senior Living.

Lindsey has served on the board for the Alzheimer’s Association in Dayton, Ohio, was logistics chair for the annual Alzheimer’s walk, taught the Alzheimer’s caregiver education series and was guest speaker at the annual Alzheimer’s Association’s Symposium. She also helped produce the first inaugural Believe Gala, representing the efforts of caregivers, recognizing the Caregiver of the Year and successfully fundraising for Alzheimer’s awareness. Lindsey is involved in NCALA and Argentum, actively working to improve the practice of senior care and to continue efforts to provide uncompromising care.

Lindsey was born and grew up a country girl in Middletown, small town in Preble County, Ohio. As a teenager Daugherty relocated to California and attended California’s most distinguished high school in Corona, California. At the age 16, she attended the University of California State Riverside in a new accelerated educational program. She later moved back to Ohio to obtain her nursing license, real estate license, personal training certification, and business degree.

Lindsey is married to a brilliant chef and has five children. The family loves time on the beach, exploring the mountains and attending baseball games. Traveling and exploring are passions for her along with photography. She is an ordained pastor and has had the pleasure of officiating several weddings. Lindsey enjoys all genres of music and feels music sets the tone for the day. Her favorite movie is, Pay it Forward, and personally believes remembering to pay it forward can impact peoples lives. Lindsey believes her uniqueness comes from her desire to act as a leader to those around her and focus on inspiring greatness.
